Do you take teenager?
One has generalized depression with body ache and self esteem problem/hard time making friends…and another one has anxiety going to school due to bullying, anxiety talking to people, fear of public speaking and eating in front of people fear of being judged …
Both have drastically changed within the past 4-5 years and are barely recognizable and need help. Currently meeting weekly with their own therapist.

Hello, I am inquiring for my son Mitch, He is a 22 year old student attending Carleton University.
He has always had issues with anger and anxiety and will go off the deep end, start yelling and then downgrading people around him but mostly me and my wife, his mother. Its a terrible situation to go through. He doesnt know why he does this and always feels so bad after.
He gets this way when something comes up and he is not able to handle the situation (think through it) thats when it is triggered. He turns into a raging 6 year old when it happens. He is trying to handle school, get a full time part time job, he has a girlfreind and us. He does try to make everyone happy, maybe too much. He has problems adjusting with changes and different situations that may pop up. He needs confidence and less stress at this time of his life I have watched your videos and my question is, Are you able to help him.
He does have adhd and is willing and asking for help
