"Perfection!"
The Persian carpet. I share a story with you.
There's a very specific family, in the old Persia, that would put together the most beautiful and elegant carpet you could imagine.
They took hours, days, weeks, months to build the perfect carpet. Inside every carpet, they would leave a stitch out of place. A stitch that doesn't fit in with the rest of the carpet. But if you really search for it, but only if you could search for it, you could find it.
Because they realized in their belief system, that if the only people that could do something perfect are the gods. So in their magnificent rugs, they would leave this stitch deliberately in place as an imperfection, as not to angle and anger the gods. Perfection is just an illusion.
