Mindset Monday #2

“DISCIPLINE”

Luke Michael Howard AKA the hypnopunk of LUKEnosis Hypnosis here with another Mindset Monday.

Today’s all about training whether train in your mind or train in the gym. You see, I am on a streak now of about three years of every day doing some form of physical activity, and not one day do I ever want to train. Not one day do I ever wanna pick up weights.

Not one day do I wanna walk up a hill, do I wanna sprint, do I wanna punch the bag. Not one day do I ever want to do this, do I ever have the motivation to do this. But, you see motivation is fleeting, but discipline’s that thing that even when you don’t feel that you wanna do it, or that you can do it, you just do what needs to be done through discipline.

And, that’s how I can get myself to the gym today, and every day for three years, to develop, to cultivate that discipline inside myself because discipline’s forever and motivation can last for minutes.
