Oftentimes when I meet people, people who want to work with me, they are looking for the easy way to change things. They are looking for that magical formula. There is no fucking magical formula. They are looking for that magical bullet.

There is no magical bullet. They are looking for that magical pill. There is no magical pill. Because there is no easy way to fix this stuff.

Instead of searching for all these gimmicks outside of yourself, look inside and ask yourself, “Why do you want to change? Why is it important that you change now, at this very moment?” And find that reason deep inside. Stop looking outside.
