Today is all about Love versus Lust.

Here’s the thing, I spent a long period of my life where I was chasing this thing called lust.

It was all about my next conquest, about another lay, another notch count if you will, and I felt that it was a friend to me but really all it was, was an addiction to something.

And I realized what I was lacking, what I was lacking was this. What I was lacking was this thing, love.

What I was lacking was connection.
So I chose connection, I chose love over lust. Because you can get lust anywhere, on any street corner, any club, anywhere you go, lust is plentiful.

But to get that real connection, to get that real love, is a rare thing to find. And when you find it, you got to grab hold of it and keep it.

Because that’s the thing that we’re here for. It’s one of the six or seven human needs.
